On Tuesday, October 01, 2019, at approximately 11:13am, Glendale Officers observed a subject who was known to have several felony warrants with the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Department in the area of 7275 N. Port Washington Rd.

When Glendale Officers attempted to make contact with the subject, he barricaded himself inside of a vehicle. After Officers negotiated with the subject for approximately 50 minutes, he was subsequently taken into custody without further incident.

The subject is a 26 year old male from the Milwaukee area who was later turned over to the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Department for the warrants.

For safety reasons, traffic and pedestrians were diverted in the area for a brief time period.
